The truth is, I’ve procrastinated in starting this blog—typical of many who have a dream but don’t get started. It’s not like I don’t think I can write. It’s just that I am an expert in finding an infinite number of excuses. Where is this blog and YouTube channel I said I was going to do?
I let myself dream without doing. Just as I let my hair go without a trim or I put off wearing my hat.
I don’t even recognize myself in this picture as my usual is the military short. Just as I don’t recognize any of my fleeing articles floating in my mind that I just let go over time without letting my fingers pulsate into the keyboard.
Get it out of your system! The writing; the video taking; the whatever you want to do in life but you just let another day go by, or year, or decades, with nothing but fleeing memories of dreams you’ve had.
No more! It’s time to “do“. Growth and mastery; that’s me. That’s all of us. It’s just a matter of turning it into the blog I envisioned.
So here I go.
I called it “Growth and Mastery” because that’s who I am. I like to learn, and I hope to reach people who like to learn, to grow.
